Payson Area Habitat for Humanity is accepting applications for housing opportunities.
This is an opportunity to own a home for approximately $500 per month, including taxes, insurance, and HOA dues.
Habitat homes feature a no-interest 30-year mortgage, and low closing costs.
Applicants must have a steady income between 30 and 60 percent of the area median, have lived in the Payson High School District for at least one year, be willing to partner with Habitat in sweat-equity hours, and have a demonstrated need for affordable housing.
