We're excited to announce our new “A Brush With Kindness” repair program, for low-income homeowners who need help with weatherizing, minor home repair, exterior painting, screen repairs, door repairs, and firewise yard cleanup
Qualified applicants must own their own home and fall within the income guidelines of 30% – 60% of the area median income. Projects are chosen based on need, scope of work (if it's something our volunteers can take on), and available funding. Applicants must commit to partnering with PAHH in completing a minimum requirement of sweat equity hours. Sweat equity hours can be accomplished by working hand-in-hand with our Volunteers to complete the project or by contributing hours on a project that is manageable for the homeowner. There are many opportunities with PAHH to complete the sweat equity hours needed.
A Brush With Kindness is funded by individual donors, foundation grants, and our local business partners.
